These are effectively fun, team-building sessions where the game play has been chosen because they foster an interlocking range agile skills. They are more in-depth and entail a bit more discipline than our regular team-building sessions.

Over time, the cumulative effect of these sessions is to engender the agile mindset amongst your people, while also raising and maintaining the social bond between them

.These sessions are designed to be scheduled regularly, say once a week or once a month, and it is not necessary for every participant to attend every session, so there is flexibility.

You can also mix and match between people from different teams as long as there is some familiarity between all participants.

Our Modules

Each of the following six modules come in eight variations, so that over a year you can schedule up to 48 sessions for a team. The eight variations per module share a consistency in the core skills fostered, whilst allowing for variation to keep things textured and fresh. For instance, in the Improvised Storytelling module, one variation focuses on fairytales while others focus on love stories, horror stories, and so on. In this way, all eight variations drill the same fundamentals while covering different specifics.
